Le Sardarapat FC dispose d’une infrastructure vaste et moderne avec 4 terrains : 1 terrain en gazon artificiel et 3 terrains en gazon naturel répondant aux meilleures normes de niveau européen.
Le terrain principal dispose d’une tribune avec une capacité de 3120 places.
L’infrastructure est entièrement équipée et récemment rénovée, et comprend notamment 6 vestiaires, chacun avec douches et sanitaires, 2 salles de fitness, 1 salle de conférence, 1 salle médicale et des zones de stockage.
Le stade est équipé de toutes les installations nécessaires pour accueillir les matchs de l’Armenian Premier League et des matchs internationaux jusqu’en U23.
